Silbereinband. 18. Jh. Vermutl. Italien/Frankreich. Barocker Bucheinband aus getriebenem Silber. 12,8 x 18,8 cm (aufgeklappt). Je Deckel mit großem Mittelstück mit einer Puttendarstellung, getragen und gekrönt von weiteren Putti sowie einer Porträtdarstellung Christus. Mit reichem floral-vegetabilen Dekor und dekorativen Akanthusranken. Der Rücken mit weiterem vegetabilen Rankwerk und mittig einer Heiligendarstellung, oben und unten mit Puttenkopf. Mit Schließe, auf dieser eine weitere Heiligendarstellung (Moses (?)) (diese intakt). Gestempelt mit "Fleur de Lis" (für uns nicht weiter identifizierbar), Kopfmarke (verschlagen) sowie "G". 245 Gramm.

Jahrhunderts – Prachtvoll-barocker Silbereinband mit opulentem floral-vegetabilen sowie figürlichen Dekor, welches in kunstvoll geschwungenen Linien sowie detaillierten Ornamenten nicht nur die Ästhetik der Zeit widerspiegelt, sondern auch die Kunstfertigkeit der Silberschmiedearbeiten dieser Epoche bezeugt. - Mit leichter Bereibung, partiell mit schwachen Kratzspuren, etwas angelaufen. Insgesamt sehr gut erhalten.

Literature of 17th to 19th Century – Silver binding. 18th century Baroque book binding of embossed silver. Each cover with a large centerpiece depicting a putti, carried and crowned by further putti and a portrait of Christ. With rich floral-vegetable decoration and acanthus tendrils. The spine with further vegetal borders and a depiction of a saint in the center, with a putti head at the top and bottom. With clasp (intact). 245 grams. - Splendid baroque silver binding with opulent floral-vegetal and figurative decoration, which not only reflects the aesthetics of the time in artfully curved lines and detailed ornaments, but also illustrates the skill of the silversmiths of this era. - With slight rubbing, partially with faint scratch marks, somewhat tarnished. Overall very well preserved.
