Die "Werke" von Joseph von Eichendorff umfassen eine Sammlung seiner wichtigsten Gedichte, Novellen, Erzählungen und Romane. The "Works" of Joseph von Eichendorff comprise a collection of his most important poems, novellas, stories, and novels. Central themes are romantic longing, experiencing nature, wanderlust, and the tension between freedom and bourgeois reality. Well-known texts include lyrical masterpieces such as "Mondnacht" (Moonlit Night) and stories such as "Aus dem Leben eines Taugenichts" (From the Life of a Good-for-Nothing), which reflect the romantic mood and inner world of human experience in many ways. - Slight browning, isolated brown stains (ink?) on the edges, more pronounced on the last three pages of vol. 4. Binding slightly worn. - Volume 1 with bookplate of the von Bethmann Fidei Commiss Library. - Decoratively bound.
