Without the seal that was once attached. - With the signatures of "George von Eickstedt, First President of the Royal Pomeranian Government, Knight of the Order of St John" as well as the councillors Christoph Friedrich von Bismarck and Carl Friedrich Ubbelohde. - Mentions and concerns the brothers Major Friedrich Wilhelm and District Councillor Carl Adrian von Arnstedt, Colonel Christian Heinrich Wilhelm Arnstedt, Georg Friedrich von Edling, Chamberlain Aegidii Carl Bernhard von Edling. - Folded, soiled and browned, with some mouldmarks in the fold on the reverse, otherwise overall well preserved.
