Schlössern (Schauenburg, Ortenberg, Krozingen, Osthausen, Hohkönigsburg, Waldau), Weier b. Offenburg, Petersthal von der Höhe, Bohlsbach, Hochblauen, Marzell, Luisenheim, Schutterwald, Lichtenau, Rittersburger Mühle, Ebersweier, Straßburg, Schilligheim, Scherzheim, Altenheim, Eckbolsheim, Illkanal, Wittelbach, Ettenheim, Geispolsheim, Avolsheim, Denkmälern, Zeichnungen von Siegeln u. Wappen (tls. von Grabsteinen abgezeichnet) von Pfarrherren zu Altenheim, Hanau-Lichtenberg, Kirche zu Linx / zu Zimmern, Fam. Kast, v. Frauenalb u.v.m. sowie einigen Karten u. Manuscripts – Alsace - 2 vols. German manuscript on paper. With 1 mounted etching, approx. 223 partly coloured ink drawings with numerous coats of arms and views, as well as 40 mounted orig. photographs (vintage, silver gelatin prints). Cardboard with gilt stamped title "Poesie" (spine with defect) and contemp. half leather with gilt fillets (rubbed and slightly bumped). - Describes hikes, bike tours, and vacation trips mainly in Baden-Württemberg and Alsace. - With views, among others, as listed above, monuments, drawings of seals and coats of arms (some copied from gravestones) of parish priests in Altenheim, Hanau-Lichtenberg, church in Linx / Zimmern, the Kast family, Frauenalb and many more, as well as several maps and plans. - The photos mostly show the travellers (during breaks or sightseeing) as well as photos from 1944 of the agricultural school and the district office in Rheinbischofsheim. - The second part, from 1944, contains detailed entries on events during World War II and a final report on the end of this "Nazi war." - 1 flyleaf with original dedication signed "Karl" (*1895) (Kehl, 1924) to his "dear Käte" Müller (*1897). - Staples rusty, otherwise well preserved.
