Signiert "Max", datiert und ortsbezeichnet sowie mit handschriftlichem Text. - Mit mehreren geglätteten Falzen, Papier mit minimaler Anbräunung, nur vereinzelt minimal fingerfleckig. Insgesamt sehr gut. Filigrane Zeichnung in zarter Aquarellierung.
