Dekorativer violetter Maroquin auf fünf doppelten Bünden mit goldgepr. DInitialen und goldgepr. RTitel, dreis. Goldschnitt (etwas berieben, Kopfschnitt mit leichter Schabspur, leichte Bestoßung an der unteren Deckelkante, Rücken leicht verfärbt).

Paul Haeberlin gilt als einer der besten Köche des 20. Jahrhunderts. Das Werk beinhaltet reich illustrierte Rezepte mit Photographien, Siebdrucken, Aquarellen sowie Gästebucheinträgen berühmter Persönlichkeiten (u.a. Roy Lichtenstein, Jean Cocteau, J.P. Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Marlene Dietrich). - Ohne Begleitheft. Sehr gutes Exemplar.

Modern Literature and Art – With numerous colour and photogr. illustrations. Decorative violet morocco on five double bands with gold-stamped cover initials and gold-stamped spine title, gilt edges (somewhat rubbed, upper edge with slight scuff mark, slight bumping to lower board edge, spine slightly discoloured). - With facs. dedication to the photographer Richard Jeannelle and the signatures of Paul, Jean-Pierre and Marc Haeberlein on the flyleaf. - One of 1200 numbered copies. - In hand binding by Ernst Ammering. - The Haeberlin family runs the "Auberge de I'Ill", a 3 Michelin star restaurant in Alsace. Paul Haeberlin is considered one of the best chefs of the 20th century. The work includes richly illustrated recipes with photographs, silkscreens, watercolors as well as guestbook entries by famous personalities (including Roy Lichtenstein, Jean Cocteau, J.P. Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Marlene Dietrich). - Without accompanying booklet. Very good copy.
