Zt. mit Rückenschild auf intarsiertem Lederschildchen, die Decken mit dreifacher Streicheisenlinie (etwas beschabt, oberes Kapital mit schmaler Fehlstelle).

Geschichtswissenschaften – Vgl. Jocher II, 541 und Stalla 540. - Frühes deutsches Baurecht, erstmals 1559 in Ingolstadt publiziert und als Standardwerk immer wieder neu aufgelegt. Das Werk geht auf den italienischen Juristen Bartholomaus Caepolla (auch Cipolla, 1420-70) zuruck. Die deutsche Bearbeitung von "De Servitutibus" wurde von dem in Salzburg tatigen Juristen Martin Pegie erstellt. - Fehlpaginierung "268" statt "269". Vorsatzblatt verso und Titelseite mit Besitzeinträgen von alter Hand, datiert 1744, 1778 und 1784, mitunter etwas fingerfleckig, teilweise etwas stärker gebräunt und im oberen Rand teils schwach wasserfleckig. Insgesamt solides Exemplar.

History – With 1 engraved title vignette, title printed in red and black colour. Early German building law, first published in Ingolstadt in 1559 and repeatedly reprinted as a standard work. The work is based on the Italian jurist Bartholomaus Caepolla (also Cipolla, 1420-70). The German translation of "De Servitutibus" was prepared by the Salzburg-based jurist Martin Pegie. - Incorrect pagination "268" instead of "269." The flyleaf and title page with ownership entries in an old hand, dated 1744, 1778, and 1784, occasionally slightly finger-stained, somewhat more heavily browned in places, and slightly waterstained in the upper margin. Overall, a solid copy of this scarce item.
