Die Thatsache, daß ein preußischer Beamter es wagte, seinem Könige wohlgemeinte Rathschläge zu ertheilen und mit besonders starkem Accente zu betonen, daß die neue Regierung unbedingte Preßfreiheit gewähren sollte, erregte fast allgemeines Aufsehen."
