Besitz-Zeugnis der Hohenzollernschen Denkmünze für Kämpfer von 1848/49 für den Unteroffizier Julius Ferd. Sander, dem die "am 23. August 1851 Allerhöchst gestiftete Denkmünze für wirkliche Kombattanten verliehen wird". Illustr. lithogr. Urkunde mit Wappen, Rankenwerk u. Figurenstaffage sowie eigenhändiger Unterschrift von Wilhelm Prinz von Preußen (spät. Wilhelm I.) mit Hohenzollern Denkmünze und Medaille. Berlin, 16. Mai 1852. Ca. 34 x 21 cm. Mit Regimentsstempel.

Manuskripte und Urkunden – No 71. - Die Hohenzollernsche Gedenkmünze für Kämpfer von 1848/49 wurde gestiftet von König Friedrich Wilhelm IV für Offiziere und Soldaten der Armee, welche sich in den vorgefallenen Gefechten bewährt hatten. - Faltspuren, 1 hinterlegter Eckabriss, papierbedingt etwas gebräunt, einige Braunflecken, Münze (ca. 3 cm) u. Medaille (ca. 1,5 cm, Knopflochminiatur) stellenw. mit Patina, sonst insg. gut erhalten.

Manuscripts – Prussia - Certificate of ownership of the Hohenzollern Commemorative Medal for Combatants of 1848/49 for Corporal Julius Ferd. Sander, who was awarded the "Most Highly Established Commemorative Medal for Actual Combatants on August 23, 1851." Illustrated, lithographed certificate with coat of arms, foliage, and figural decoration, signed by Prince Wilhelm of Prussia (later Wilhelm I), with the Hohenzollern Commemorative Coin and Medal. With regimental stamp. - No. 71. - The Hohenzollern Commemorative Medal for Combatants of 1848/49 was established by King Frederick William IV for officers and soldiers of the army who had distinguished themselves in previous battles. - Foldmarks, 1 backed corner tear, slightly browned due to paper, some brownstains, coin (approx. 3 cm) and medal (approx. 1.5 cm, buttonhole miniature) with patina in places, otherwise overall good condition.
