Alte Künstlergraphik – Provenienz: Ambroise Firmin-Didot (Lugt, 119), Felix Oswald Heinrich Graefe (Lugt, 1092.a), Arenberg (Lugt, 2769), Arenberg (Lugt, 2794). - Die Portraits stammen aus einer Reihe von Portraits mit dem Titel "Icones Principum Virorum". Die Stiche basieren auf Zeichnungen von Antonius van Dyck und wurden von verschiedenen Personen gestochen und gedruckt. Antonius van Dyck war ein flämischer Maler und Graphiker und vor allem für seine Portraits bekannt. Die abgebildeten Personen sind: Clarissimus Diodorus Tuldenus, Clarissimus Erycius Puteanus, Pieter de Jode Junior, Willem Hondius und Sebastian Vrancx. Es handelt sich hierbei um verschiedene niederländische Persönlichkeiten aus der Zeit des Künstlers. - Zum Teil leicht braungefleckt, etwas angestaubt. Zum Teil mit Annotationen auf der Rückseite. Überwiegend mit breitem Rand, Stiche in gutem Zustand.

Mounted. - Provenance: Ambroise Firmin-Didot (Lugt, 119), Felix Oswald Heinrich Graefe (Lugt, 1092.a), Arenberg (Lugt. 2769), Arenberg (Lugt, 2794). - The portraits are from a series of portraits entitled "Icones Principum Virorum". The engravings are based on drawings by Antonius van Dyck and were engraved and printed by various people. Antonius van Dyck was a Flemish painter and graphic artist and was known above all for his portraits. The people depicted are: Clarissimus Diodorus Tuldenus, Clarissimus Erycius Puteanus, Pieter de Jode Junior, Willem Hondius and Sebastian Vrancx. These are various Dutch personalities from the artist's time. - Partly slightly brownstained, somewhat dusty. Some with annotations on the reverse. Mostly with wide margins, engravings in good condition.
