Manuscripts – Saxony - Liber amicorum with approx. 155 German entries, mostly from Halle, 1 ink drawing and 5 drawn silhouette portraits. Contemp. leather with gilt edges, gilt tamped title, gilt stamped initials "A.J.T." on the front cover and the date 1801 on the back cover (rubbed, ends of spine with minor wear, spine with loosened area). - With entries for "dear Thomas," a native of the Altmark region, from Halle (1802-1804), Berlin (1801/02), and Königsberg (1808 (1)) by, among others: as listed above. - Including many from people from the Alt- and Mittelmark. - Some with personal memorabilia of shared experiences, etc. - With handwritten name index. - 4 leaves loosely enclosed, partially slightly stained, overall well preserved.
