Dekorative Graphik - Ansichten – Franz Wilhelm Leuteritz, ein autodidaktisch ausgebildeter Landschaftsmaler des 19. Jahrhunderts, schuf insbesondere Landschaftsdarstellungen, welche sich durch ihre stimmungsvolle, naturnahe Ausführung auszeichnen und vom romantischen Landschaftsideal geprägt sind. Trotz seiner fehlenden akademischen Ausbildung zeigen sie sein feines Gespür für Komposition, Licht und Atmosphäre. - Altersbedingt mit feinem Krakelee, Firnis etw. gegilbt, im Bereich der Rahmung partiell mit Bereibungen u. kl. Farbabplatzungen, punktuell mit fachmännischen Retuschen. Insgesamt gut. Fein ausgeführte, idyllisch ausgeleuchtete Stadtansichten.

Uniformly and decoratively framed in gilt stucco frames by Louis Wellhöfer (with label). - Franz Wilhelm Leuteritz, a self-taught landscape painter of the 19th century, primarily painted landscapes that are characterized by their atmospheric, naturalistic style and influenced by the Romantic ideal of landscape painting. Despite his lack of academic training, his works demonstrate a keen sense of composition, light, and atmosphere. - Fine craquelure due to age, varnish slightly yellowed, partial rubbing and small paint flaking in the frame area, occasional professional retouching. Overall good condition. Finely executed, idyllically lit cityscapes.
