Deß Edlen ... Johann Jobst Schmidtmairs alß Lehenträgers, Anna Maria Eyserin Jetzo seiner Ehewirthin Lehen-Brieff uber das Schloß Schwartzenbruckg. Anno. 1639. Nürnberg, 12. Okt. 1639. Pergamenturkunde. Format ca. 28 x 44 cm. Mit Wappen-Wachssiegel (2 kl. Fehlstellen) der Stadt Nürnberg in angehängter Holzkapsel mit Deckel.

Manuskripte und Urkunden – Vom "Bürgermeister und Raht deß ReichStatt Nürmberg" ausgestellte Urkunde für Johann Jobst Schmidmayer als Lehnträger für das Schloss Schwarzenbruck, heute "Petzsches Schloss". Mit Erwähnung der Vorbesitzer Sigmund Pfinzing (seit 1561) und Endres Schmidmayer (seit 1596). - Faltspuren, in den Rändern tls. leicht knitterig u. minimal stockfleckig, verso leicht fleckig u. angestaubt, insg. wohlerhalten.

Manuscripts – German parchment document. With wax seal (2 small defects) of the city of Nuremberg in attached wooden capsule. - Document by the 'Mayor and Council of the Imperial City of Nuremberg' for Johann Jobst Schmidmayer as feudal lord of Schwarzenbruck Castle, today known as 'Petzsches Schloss'. With mention of the previous owners Sigmund Pfinzing (since 1561) and Endres Schmidmayer (since 1596). - Fold marks, slightly creased and minimal foxing on the edges, slightly stained and dusty on verso, overall in good condition.
