Naturwissenschaften – Die Mandschurei war ein lange von Japan besetztes Gebiet im heutigen China. Der Bericht über die Amphibien und Reptilien der Provinz Jehol, die ab 1933 Teil des besetzen Gebietes war, wurde von dem japanischen Zoologen und Professor Yaichiro Okada verfasst. Neben der Herpetologie befasste sich Okada auch mit der Ichtyologie. - Ränder gebräunt, minimal fleckig. Insgesamt gut erhaltenes Exemplar.

Natural Sciences – Herpetology - 2 parts in 1 vol. With 17 color plates and numerous text illustrations. Cardboard with front and spine title (stained, spine broken, slightly bumped). - Manchuria was a territory in present-day China long occupied by Japan. The report on the amphibians and reptiles of Jehol Province, which was part of the occupied territory from 1933 onwards, was written by the Japanese zoologist and professor Yaichiro Okada. In addition to herpetology, Okada also worked in ichtyology. - Browned edges, minimal staining. Overall, a well-preserved copy.
