Schraemli 46. - Umfangreich Abhandlung zur Nahrungsmittellehre. Zückert (1737-1778) war ein Berliner Arzt, Apotheker und Autor vieler Bücher über Medizin, Balneologie und Geologie. Seit 1765 war er Mitglied der Leopoldinischen Akademie. - Papierbedingt leicht gebräunt, erste Bll. etwas stärker. Gutes Exemplar.

Natural Sciences – Medicine - Nutrition - With engraved title vignette. Cont. half leather with gilt label on spine (rubbed, joints cracked). - From the Deuzel Collection, with bookplate on flyleaf. With another stamped bookplate on flyleaf endpaper. - First edition. - Extensive treatise on food science. Zückert (1737-1778) was a Berlin physician, pharmacist and author of many books on medicine, balneology and geology. Since 1765 he was a member of the Leopoldine Academy. - Paper slightly browned, first few pages somewhat stronger. Good copy.
