Alte Drucke, Bibeln, Klassische Autoren in den Originalsprachen – VD16 ZV 15529. Adams nur mit späteren Ausgaben. - Jacobus Ceporinus (geb. J. Wiesendanger, 1500-1525) studierte in Köln und Wien. Dank seiner ausgezeichneten Kenntnisse in der griechischen und hebräischen Sprache erhielt er 1522 in Zürich einen Lehrstuhl, verstarb allerdings kurz darauf. Die von ihm selbst zweimal überarbeitete Kurzgrammatik des Griechischen erfuhr mehrere Auflagen. - Letztes Bl. mit der Druckermarke fehlend. Etwas gebräunt, leicht fleckig und wasserrandig. Erstes und letztes Bl. mit hs. Besitzeintrag von 1691. Wohlerhalten.

Prints before 1600, Bibles, Classics in Original Languages – Cont. vellum with Spanish edges and later manuscript spine title. - Last leaf with the printer's mark missing. Somewhat browned, spotted and waterstained. First and last leaf with handwritten ownership inscription dated 1691. Well preserved.
