Meunier) with colored floral inlays on the spine, gilt edges, and marbled endpapers, original covers bound in (slightly rubbed, edges slightly scuffed). - A magnificently illustrated volume of medieval legends of the saints, featuring scenes with a sun-drenched, oriental charm, our copy includes 3 original drawings and is bound by Charles Meunier with decorative floral Art Nouveau inlays on the spine. - The back of the title page and the last few pages are slightly stained, with some slight transfer from the lithograph on the opposite page.
