Spieltisch, geplante Variation. 1961/87. Farbholzschnitt auf hauchzartem Japanbütten. 79,5 x 49,4 cm (92,5 x 63,3 cm). Signiert, datiert und nummeriert. - Punktuell winziger, blassbrauner Fleck, ganz punktuelle, sehr leichte, kaum sichtbare Griff-/Knickspur oder druckbedingte Quetschfalte, Farbe druckbedingt etwas ausfettend, verso in oberen Ecken schmale Montierungsstreifen, insgesamt sehr gut. Prachtvoller, in den Farben ausgesprochen texturierter Druck der in expressiver Linienführung angelegten Darstellung, mit breitem Rand, allseitig mit dem Schöpfrand.

German Post War – Colour woodcout on ultra-thin Japan laid paper. Signed, dated and numbered. - Isolated tiny, faint-brown stain, very isolated, very slight and hardly visible handling/crease mark or rather pinch pleat, due to technique, printering colour a bit greasy, verso small traces of mounting in upper corners, all in all very good. Splendid, highly colour-textured impression with wide margin, deckle edge all around. - One of 50 copies. - Printed by Werner Willenbockel in 1987 with artist's permission. - Publ. by Galerie Brockstedt, Hamburg, verso with stamp.
