2 Arbeiten. Homesick as a Nail. Aus: Sequences. 1998. Kaltnadelradierung auf Somerset Bütten bzw. Farbserigraphie auf Acetat mit handkolorierten Ergänzungen. Je 33,5 x 43,5 cm bzw. 12 x 39,5 cm (40 x 50 cm). Ein Blatt signiert und nummeriert. - Insgesamt sehr gut.
- Hg. Edition Schellmann, München/New York.
British Post War – Drypoint on Somerset laid paper and colour silkscreen on acetate with hand-coloured details. One sheet signed and numbered. - Overall, very good. Magnificent, richly coloured prints of the abstract compositions, one sheet with a clearly defined plate edge. - One of 60 copies. - Published by Edition Schellmann, Munich/New York. - This two-part work combines two sheets that are technically and conceptually independent and can be installed separately or overlapping. The juxtaposition of a linear architectural sketch and floating red forms embodies Tuttle's post-minimalist sensibility of structure and dissolution, body and trace, held in a fragile equilibrium. Tuttle manipulated the screen-printing process by directing targeted jets of water directly onto the screen to create the image form of the Mylar overlay.
