Autographen – Ein Brief von Henry Millers engem Vertrauten Emil White and einen Wilfried Sezepan in Berlin. Emil White gründete nach Millers Tod in seinem Wohnhaus in Big Sur die Henry Miller Memorial Library und verwaltete Millers Nachlass. In dem Brief erzählt er von Millers Europareise und seinem Aufenthalt in Berlin, wo er wohl bei Renate Gerhardt wohnte. Die Übersetzerin und Lektorin Renate Gerhardt hatte ein Verhältnis mit Henry Miller und er unterstütze den von ihr gegründeten Verlag finanziell. - Leichte Randläsuren. Insgesamt sehr gut erhalten. - Dabei: Brief an Wilfried Sezepan von Emil White mit dem Programm eines Symposiums zu Henry Miller.
Autographs – Letter from Emil White and Wilfried Sezepan about Henry Miller's stay in Berlin. - A letter from Henry Miller's close confidant Emil White and Wilfried Sezepan in Berlin. After Miller's death, Emil White founded the Henry Miller Memorial Library in his home in Big Sur and managed Miller's estate. In the letter, he recounts Miller's trip to Europe and his stay in Berlin, where he apparently lived with Renate Gerhardt. The translator and editor Renate Gerhardt had a relationship with Henry Miller, and he financially supported the publishing house she founded. - Slight edge wear. Overall in very good condition. - Also included: Letter to Wilfried Sezepan from Emil White with the program for a symposium on Henry Miller.
