Weinroter Ledereinband mit reicher Rückenvergoldung, goldgepr. floralem Bordürenrahmen und Goldschnitt sowie Innen- und Stehkantenvergoldung und zentralem Wappensupralibros von Louis XV., König von Frankreich.
Einbände - Wappeneinband
Literatur des 17. bis 19. Jahrhunderts – Enthält: L'Office de la Quinzaine de Pasque. Paris, Libraires affociés pour les Usages du Diocèse, 1739. XXXVI, 631 S. 8°. - Prachtvoller Einband aus der Bibliothek des französischen Königs Ludwig XV. Er regiert von 1715 bis 1774 und unter seiner Regierung wurde der über Jahrhunderte andauernde Gegensatz zwischen Frankreich und Österreich beigelegt. Auch beschloss er die Heirat seines Nachfolgers Louis XVI. mit Marie Antoinette, die aus dem Hause Habsburg stammt. - Leicht berieben und bestoßen. Insgesamt gut erhalten.
Literature of 17th to 19th Century – Wine-red leather binding with rich gilt decoration on the spine, gold-stamped floral border frame and gilt edges, as well as gilt interior and standing edges and a central coat of arms supralibros of Louis XV, King of France. - Contains: as listed Above. - Magnificent binding from the library of the French King Louis XV. He reigned from 1715 to 1774, and during his reign the centuries-long conflict between France and Austria was resolved. He also arranged the marriage of his successor Louis XVI to Marie Antoinette, who came from the House of Habsburg. - Slightly rubbed and bumped. Overall in good condition.
