Buchwesen - Faksimileausgaben – Eins von 900 arabisch nummerierten Exemplaren. - Die Handschrift aus der vatikanischen Bibliothek wurde ursprünglich in der zweiten Hälfte des 15. Jahrhunderts für König Ferdinand I. von Neapel (1424-1494) oder seinen Sohn Johannes (1456-1485) angefertigt. Das Manuskript war an den Text Phainomena des antiken Dichters Aratos von Soloi (ca. 310-245 v. Chr.) angelehnt, welches lange als astronomisches Standardwerk in Europa galt. - Druckfrisches Exemplar.

The manuscript was based on the text Phainomena by the ancient poet Aratus of Soloi (c. 310-245 BC), which was long considered the standard work on astronomy in Europe. - Freshly printed copy.
