Manuscripts – Thuringia - Liber amicorum with approx. 95 entries with 2 strands of hair and 1 watercoloured drawing as well as 1 pencil drawing, 1 gouache and 5 (1 col.) engraved views. Mostly Thuringia, around 1835-1856. Loose sheets, mostly with gilt edges, in contemp. cardboard box with gilt stamped spine, gilt fillets, gilt stamped date '13 June 1839' and name embossing 'A. Fischer' (joint burst). With marbled paper dust jacket (teared) in contemp. marbled cardboard slipcase (rubbed). - With entries for Auguste Fischer (from Kahla, married in 1856 to the pharmacist Georg Kühn from Saalburg) from, among others, family members, school and childhood friends as listed above. - Occasionally stained and creased, overall good condition.
