Gemälde, Zeichnungen u. Grafiken 16. bis 19. Jhd. – Die Jagd gehört zu den zentralen Themen im Werk Johann Elias Ridingers. Mit präziser Naturbeobachtung und feiner zeichnerischer Differenzierung schuf er Darstellungen, die Tierstudie, jagdliche Praxis und repräsentative Druckgrafik des 18. Jahrhunderts miteinander verbinden. - Wkz.Thienemann 39, 42, 72, 88, 99, 122, 143, 144, 254, 309. - Beigegeben: Ein Abzug aus dem 19. Jahrhundert (Th. 99). Beigabe: 1 späterer Nachdruck. - Ränder mit kleineren Gebrauchsspuren, vereinzelt mit Einrissen und bestoßenen Ecken. Oberfläche partiell leicht berieben. Teilweise altersbedingt gegilbt. Vereinzelt mit Braunflecken. Insgesamt ausgezeichnete, gratige Arbeiten.
Paintings, drawings and prints 16th to 19th century – Collection of 10 hunting scenes. - Copperplate engraving on handmade paper. Marked on the plate, partly dated. Four works mounted in the upper corners under passe-partout. - Edges with minor signs of wear, occasional tears and bumped corners. Surface partially slightly rubbed. Partially yellowed due to age. Occasional brown spots. Overall splendid, edgy work. Hunting is one of the central themes in Johann Elias Ridinger's work. With precise observation of nature and fine graphic differentiation, he created depictions that combine animal studies, hunting practices and representative 18th-century printmaking. - C.R.Thienemann 39, 42, 72, 88, 99, 122, 143, 144, 254, 309. - Included: A 19th-century print (Th. 99).
