Stengel, Catalogue Raisonné, 1822.- Vier fein ausgeführte Landschaftsradierungen von Ferdinand Kobell, dessen graphisches Werk zu den reizvollsten deutschen Landschaftsfolgen des späten 18. Jahrhunderts zählt. Die Blätter zeigen die für ihn charakteristische Verbindung aus felsigen Partien, dichtem Baumbestand, kleinen Staffagefiguren und ruhig entwickelten Landschaftsräumen. Gerade in der feinen, lebendigen Behandlung von Vegetation und Gelände liegt ihr besonderer Reiz. - Beigegeben: Eine Radierung von Franz Gabet, 1796, Landschaftsdarstellung.
