3 Arbeiten. Weibliche Akte. 1949 und 1952. Tusche und Rötel auf Velin. 43 x 28 cm und 31,5 x 44,5 cm. Je monogrammiert und datiert. Je auf Unterlage montiert und zweimal im Passepartout freigestellt. - Papier je mit dezenten Braunflecken und leicht gebräunten Rändern, Ecken teilweise mit minimalen Knickspuren.

Jhd. – Drei Atelierstudien des Dresdner Malers und Grafikers Hermann Kohlmann, ein Blatt mit einer Doppelstudie. - Hermann Kohlmann vollzog seine Ausbildung an der Dresdner Akademie bei Richard Müller und Max Feldbauer. Die Zeichnungen, welche charakteristisch für das Werk Kohlmanns stehen, stellen den weiblichen Körper in unterschiedlichen Posen dar, in Frontal- und Rückenansicht, stehend und sitzend und teilweise in Dreiviertel-Wendung.
Paintings, drawings and prints 16th to 19th century – Ink and red chalk on laid paper. Each monogrammed and dated. Each mounted on a backing board and framed with a double passe-partout. - The paper in each case has subtle brown spots and slightly browned edges, the corners show minimal creasing in places. - Three artist studies by the Dresden painter and graphic artist Hermann Kohlmann, one sheet featuring a double study. - Hermann Kohlmann trained at the Dresden Academy under Richard Müller and Max Feldbauer. The drawings, which are characteristic of Kohlmann's work, depict the female body in various poses, in full-face and rear views, standing and seated, and in some cases in a three-quarter turn.
