Insgesamt augenscheinlich gut. Hervorragener Druck mit mit breitem Rand, mit feinem Kolorit.
Prints and Engravings - Views – Copperplate etching, water-coloured, on laid paper. Fully mounted to mat. With etched writing with artist-, date- and location indication, with etched titel and publisher's indication. Framed under glass. - A veduta offering a sweeping view of the imperial city of Vienna, seen from Josephstadt. The broad city skyline unfolds behind the still sparsely built-up foreground and is effectively brought to life by rows of trees, paths, and a lively array of figures and carriages. In this sheet, Schütz combines topographical precision with the vivid charm of an elegantly staged Viennese everyday landscape of the late 18th century. With German and French titles. - Slightly browned, with isolated brown spots and minor surface wear. Overall seemingly good. Superb impression with wide margin, with fine colouring.
