Signed and inscribed on both sides. - Paper yellowed and showing brown spots in places, traces of the artist's studio on the reverse and marks from previous mounting in the upper corners, sheet with minimal creases. Overall in good condition. - Depiction of the Nägeleinsmühle mill on the Pegnitz with its waterwheel and the interlocking roofs of Nuremberg's old town in the background.
