Gebetbuch. Kurtz verfasste Erhebung deß Gemüt zu Gott. Durch andächtige Morgen, Abend, Messbeicht, und Communio ... Geschrieben im Jahre Christi 1796 von (Niderhofe?). Deutsche kalligraphische Frakturschrift (Überschriften) und Kurrentschrift (Text) von einer Hand in roter und schwarzer Tinte und teils goldgehöht auf Papier. Mit zahlreichen mehrfarbig aquarellierten Miniaturen und Vignetten, teils mittels Ranken- und Blütenwerk sowie geometrischen Figuren mehrfarbig ausgemalter Rahmung und teils farbig ausgemalten Überschriften. O.O., 1796. 184 (recte 185) beschr. S., 5 w. S. Geglättetes Kalbsldr. d. Zt. mit reicher floraler Deckel- und Rvergold., Vorsätzen aus zweifarbigem Modelldruckpapier und umseitigen Goldschnitt (Rücken mit Bezugsfehlstellen, beschabt, die Vergoldung teils verblasst).

Manuskripte und Urkunden – In barockem Stil gestaltetes, reich illustriertes Andachtsbuch mit zahlreichen Gebeten für verschiedene Tageszeiten und Anlässe wie Messe und Kommunion. - Etwas stock-, finger- und schmutzfleckig, insgesamt schöne Handschrift mit lebendig wirkenden Illustrationen in kräftigen Farben.

Manuscripts – German prayer book dating 1796, hand-written by one hand in red and black ink on paper, partly gold heightened. With numerous multi-coloured water-colour miniatures and vignettes, partly with tendrils and foliage as well as geometric figures, multi-coloured painted frames and partly multi-coloured painted headings. Bound in calf of the period with rich floral gold tooling, endpapers made of block-printed paper and gilt edges (spine with small faults, worn, gilt parts faded). - Richly illustrated devotional book in Baroque style with numerous prayers for different times of day and occasions such as Mass and Communion. - Some foxing, finger and dirt stains, overall a beautiful manuscript book with skilfull hand-writing and lively illustrations in rich colours.
