Im Atelier nach Franz Krüger. 2008. Mischtechnik mit Acryl, Aquarell, Farbstiften und Bleistift auf Velin. 66,3 x 51,3 cm. Signiert und datiert. Verso im Rahmen zusätzlich signiert und datiert. Im Passepartout freigestellt und unter Glas im emaillierten, reliefartigen Künstlerrahmen gerahmt (Rahmengröße, 154,5 x 114 cm, ungeöffnet). - Die Ecken mit ganz leichter Bestoßung. Rahmen mit Kleberrückständen oben rechts und unten links, sowie verso oberhalb. 5 kleine Löcher (0,5 cm), jeweils in den Ecken sowie links mittig. Insgesamt sehr gut. Farbintensive, prachtvolle Selbstdarstellung des Künstlers.

In dem Bild "Im Atelier nach Franz Krüger" inszeniert er sich selbstbewusst inmitten seines kreativ-chaotischen Ateliers. Eine bewusst ironisch gebrochene Hommage an den klassischen Maler Franz Krüger. Götzes charakteristischer Stil vereint Elemente der Pop-Art, prägnante Konturen und eine Auseinandersetzung mit historischen Sujets.

Pop Art – Mixed media with acrylic, watercolour, coloured pencils and pencil on wove paper. Signed, dated. Verso additionally signed, dated in the frame. Mounted in spots under mat, framed under glass in an enamelled, relief-like artist's frame (frame size, 154.5 x 114 cm, unopened). - Corners with very slight bumping. Frame with adhesive marks at top right and bottom left, as well as on the reverse above. 5 small holes (0.5 cm), each in the corners and in the centre left. Overall very good. Colourful, splendid self-portrait by the artist.
