Ach, dein Blick. 1982. Gouache, Pastell, Rötel, Kreide und Bleistift auf festem, strukturiertem Velin. 61 x 26,5 cm. Monogrammiert, datiert und betitelt. Mit dem Blindstempel des Künstlers. Punktuell auf Unterlage montiert, in Passepartout freigestellt und hinter Glas gerahmt. - Insgesamt sehr gut mit fragiler, in ihren Texturierungen schön kontrastierender Zeichnung.

Ostdeutsche Kunst – Janda 82/21. - Mit der Zeichnung "Ach, Dein Blick" von 1982 setzt Gerhard Altenbourg seine vielschichtige Auseinandersetzung mit Innerlichkeit, Körperlichkeit und Sprache in reduzierter und zugleich hochgradig aufgeladener Form fort. Das Werk besticht durch eine zarte Farbigkeit und dem souveränen Einsatz unterschiedlicher Materialien und zeigt, wie sich Altenbourgs Bildsprache in seinem späteren Werk zunehmend auf das Ineinander von Linie, Zeichen und emotionaler Verdichtung konzentriert.
