16-2 10-3-90 (Triptychon). 1990. Je Aquarell auf Velin bzw. fein genarbtem Hahnemühle Velin (mit Wz). Blattmaße 53,5 x 16,5 cm, 53,5 x 37 cm, 53,5 x 16 cm (gesamt ca. 53,5 x 70 cm). Die Blatt je signiert, datiert und bezeichnet. In der oberen Kante in Punkten auf Unterlage montiert, unter Glas gerahmt. - Die einzelnen Blatt in den Ecken je mit kleinen Einstichlöchlein. Insgesamt sehr gut, die Farben leuchtend.

Informel – Ab den 1990er Jahren entsteht eine Vielzahl an Aquarellarbeiten, mit welchen Kreutz eine neue Form der Farbdramatik erreicht. Dabei lässt er die Farben aus dem Licht heraus entstehen und erarbeitet in virtuoser Manier Kompositionen, in welchen das Kolorit in einer fließend anmutenden Atmosphäre beinahe in den Zustand des Schwebens versetzt erscheint, was den Arbeiten eine überaus emotionale und zugleich visuelle Tiefe verleiht.

Spot-mounted along the upper edge on backing, framed under glass. - Each sheet with small pinholes in the corners. Overall in very well preserved condition, the colours vibrant. - From the 1990s onwards, Kreutz painted a large number of watercolour drawings in which he allowed the colours to emerge from the light and, with virtuoso skill, created compositions in which the colouring appears to float in a fluid atmosphere, adding an extraordinary emotional and visual depth to the works.
