Modern Literature and Art – One of 25 copies for contributors (publisher, printer etc.) as part of a total print run of 300 copies on Vélin BFK Rives of this collection of five prose texts by Pierre Louys revolving around Eros and Thanatos, illustrated with 20, of which 9 full-paged, dry-point engravings by Lobel-Riche. - Some leaves with barely noticeable finger stains, otherwise a well-preserved copy of the wide-margined print, in what is probably a unique parchment slipcase with a large-scale painted fantasy design of a coat of arms.
