Moderne Literatur und Kunst – Das prachtvolle Werk umfasst 15 Tafeln, die insgesamt 42 dekorative Motive zeigen. Diese Motive sind künstlerisch anspruchsvoll und folgen der ornamentalen und dekorativen Tradition des Art Déco. Die Motive wurden von Édouard Benedictus entworfen, einem renommierten Designer und Künstler, der für seine Stoffdesigns und seine Vorliebe für das Pochoir-Verfahren (Schablonendruck) bekannt war.Die eigentliche Ausführung der Farben und Veredelung (Enluminure d'art) geschah durch Jean Saudé, einen der führenden Pochoir-Meister seiner Zeit. Das Werk steht exemplarisch für die hochwertige Buch- und Dekorationskunst der 1930er Jahre und zählt zu den Glanzstücken des französischen Art déco. - Minimal stockfleckig. Leichte Randläsuren. Insgesamt sehr gut erhalten, mit prachtvollen Tafeln in kräftigem Kolorit.
Modern Literature and Art – With 15 pochoir prints. Restored half canvas with illustrated cover (rubbed and bumped). This magnificent work comprises 15 plates depicting a total of 42 decorative motifs. These motifs are artistically sophisticated and follow the ornamental and decorative tradition of Art Deco. The motifs were designed by Édouard Benedictus, a renowned designer and artist known for his fabric designs and his preference for the pochoir process (stencil printing). The actual coloring and finishing (enluminure d'art) were carried out by Jean Saudé, one of the leading pochoir masters of his time. This work exemplifies the high-quality book and decorative art of the 1930s and is considered one of the highlights of French Art Deco. Minimal foxing. Light marginal wear. Overall very well preserved, with magnificent panels in strong colors.
