Alte Drucke, Bibeln, Klassische Autoren in den Originalsprachen – Erste Ausgabe. - VD16 B 1027 - Pfister I, 34. - Rare erste Ausgabe dieses historisch bedeutenden Juridicums für das Herzogtum Bayern. - Vorliegende revidierte Erklärung zu den Rechten des bayerischen Adels und Klerus erschien im Zuge der im gleichen Jahr veröffentlichten Neufassung der Landesordnung, der sie meist beigebunden ist. - Der seitenfüllende Titelholzschnitt zeigt das in einen Lorbeerkranz gefasste bayerische Wappen, darüber eine mit Zierrahmen versehene Textkartusche mit schwarz eingedrucktem Titel. - Buchblock wie zumeist mit Beschnitt, der Titelholzschnitt hier deshalb am unteren Rand mit minimalem Druckverlust. Titelblatt mit kleiner Reparatur am Seitenschnitt, einige Blätter leicht fingerfleckig.

Prints before 1600, Bibles, Classics in Original Languages – Rare first edition of this historically important legal text for the Duchy of Bavaria. - Present revised declaration on the rights of the Bavarian nobility and clergy was published in the course of an enlarged version of the "Landesordnung, to which it is usually attached. - The page-filling title woodcut shows the Bavarian coat of arms set within a laurel wreath, above a text cartouche with a decorative frame and the calligraphic title printed in black. - Margins trimmed as usual, the title woodcut therefore with minimal loss of print in the lower margin. Title page with small repair at fore edge, some leaves slightly finger-stained.
