Geschichtswissenschaften – Nach den Befreiungskriegen gegen Napoleon entstand eine Vielzahl von Denkmälern und Denkmalentwürfen, die den Mut und die Tapferkeit der damaligen Helden zum Ausdruck bringen sollten. - Etw. beschnitten, im Blattrand etw. fleckig, partiell schwach knickspurig, punktuell etw. stockfleckig (verso auch stärker betroffen), verso auch mit Spuren vorheriger Montierung. Insgesamt gut.

History – Watercoloured etching with aquatint. Below the motif with engraved title and details on engraver and publisher. - After the liberation wars against Napoleon, numerous monuments and monument designs were developed to express the courage and bravery of the heroes of those times. - Somewhat trimmed, slightly stained at the edges, partially faint crease marks, occasional foxing (more pronounced on the reverse), on verso also with traces of previous mounting. Overall in good condition.
