Geschichtswissenschaften – Liste Überlebender des Holocausts aus dem Konzentrationslager Türkheim mit über 100 Namen zusammen mit Geburtsdaten und Adressen. Die meisten Personen stammten aus Budapest. 11 Namen wurde von unbekannter Hand mit Tinte hinzugefügt. - Das KZ Türkheim bzw. Kaufering VI war ein Außenlager des Konzentrationslagers Dachau und war ab Oktober 1944 in Betrieb. Das Lager wurde am 27. April 1945 von den US-Truppen befreit, doch der Kommandant von Türkheim, SS-Oberscharführer Karl Hofmann, öffnete am 26. April die Tore, und die meisten Häftlinge konnten in die Wälder fliehen. Innerhalb von zehn Monaten durchliefen etwa 30.000 Häftlinge die elf Lager in Kaufering, die meisten von ihnen ungarische oder rumänische Juden sowie Überlebende der polnischen und litauischen Ghettos. Das Internationale Rote Kreuz schätzte die Zahl der Todesopfer unter den Kauferinger Häftlingen auf 14.500. - Randläsuren mit Einrisse und Knickspuren. History – National Socialism - 2 mimeographic pages. - List of Holocaust survivors from the Türkheim concentration camp with over 100 names, along with birth dates and addresses. Most of the individuals were from Budapest. 11 names were added in ink by an unknown hand. - The Türkheim concentration camp, or Kaufering VI, was a subcamp of the Dachau concentration camp and was in operation from October 1944. The camp was liberated by US troops on April 27, 1945, but the commandant of Türkheim, SS-Oberscharführer Karl Hofmann, opened the gates on April 26, and most of the prisoners were able to escape into the woods. Within ten months, approximately 30,000 prisoners passed through the eleven camps in Kaufering, most of them Hungarian or Romanian Jews, as well as survivors of the Polish and Lithuanian ghettos. The International Red Cross estimated the death toll among the Kaufering prisoners at 14,500. - Edge wear with tears and creases. A well-preserved copy of this important historical document.
