Geschichtswissenschaften – Erinnerungs- und Gedenkbuch an die verstorbene ehemalige Kaiserin und Königin Preußens. Die als Tochter des Herzogs Friedrich VIII. von Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Augustenburg geborene Auguste Viktoria heiratete am 27. Februar 1881 den preußischen Kronprinzen und wurde somit 1888 zur preußischen Kaiserin. Das Werk Lindenbergs schildert das Leben der Kaiserin von ihrer Kindheit und Jugend bis hin zu ihrem Tod. - Dabei: Büste der Kaiserin Victoria. Marmor. 21 x 21 x 9 cm. - Der Kopf ist leicht nach links geneigt und der Blick nach rechts unten gerichtet. Die Kaiserin trägt ihre Haare zu einem Knoten zusammengebunden und sie sint mit einem Diadem gekrönt- Über den Schultern trägt sie einen Mantel, der einen Blick auf das mit Steinen geschmückte Kleid zulässt.

Leather with gold-stamped cover fillet and spine title, as well as gilt edges (minor wear). - Memorial and commemorative book for the deceased former Empress and Queen of Prussia. Born the daughter of Duke Friedrich VIII of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Augustenburg, Auguste Viktoria married the Prussian Crown Prince on February 27, 1881, and thus became Prussian Empress in 1888. Lindenberg's work depicts the life of the Empress from her childhood and youth until her death. - Included: Bust of Empress Victoria. Marble. - The head is tilted slightly to the left, and the gaze is directed downwards to the right. The Empress wears her hair tied in a bun and she is crowned with a tiara. Over her shoulders she wears a cloak that allows a glimpse of the dress decorated with stones.
