Er beschreibt in 32 Kapiteln seine verschiedenen Lebensabschnitte, Begegnungen, Umzüge und Geschehnisse in seinem Leben. - Insgesamt sehr gut erhalten.

History – With a photographic frontispiece, as well as 6 plates with photographs and photogravures. Canvas with gold-stamped and black-stamped fillets, gold-stamped title and coat of arms, as well as title and spine gilding and gilt edges (minor wear). - First edition. - With handwritten dedication from the author to a Mr. Uihlein and his wife. - Detailed autobiography of the German banker, arms dealer, and plant breeder Eduard von Lade. In 32 chapters, he describes his various phases of life, encounters, moves, and events. - Overall, very well preserved.
