Geschichtswissenschaften – Ausführliche Erläuterung des Dekrets 8360/1929 M.E. und die Regierungsvorlage über die Bildung von Kleinpachtverträgen und andere bodenpolitische Bestimmungen sowie der vollständige Text der Begründung. Das Zweite Judengesetz, das hier als "Neues Ungarisches Judengesetz" bezeichnet wird, ist in 21 Bestimmungen unterteilt und definiert zum ersten Mal genau, wer als "Jude" gilt. Nach diesem ersten Abschnitt, in dem die Juden im Sinne des Gesetzes definiert werden, fährt das Gesetz in den anderen Abschnitten fort, noch mehr Beschränkungen für ungarische Juden in Bezug auf Berufe festzulegen und die Quoten und Vorschriften, die im zuvor erlassenen "Ersten Judengesetz" vom 29. Mai 1938 festgelegt und definiert worden waren, weiter zu ändern. Es geht um das Verbot oder die Einschränkung für Juden, in einer Vielzahl von Berufen zu arbeiten, darunter in der Regierung, in der Kunst, in der Unterhaltung, im Recht, in der Medizin, im Ingenieurwesen und in der Presse, um nur einige zu nennen. - Ränder leicht gebräunt, leicht gefleckt. History – Detailed explanation of Decree 8360/1929 M.E. and the government bill on the formation of small leases and other land policy provisions as well as the full text of the justification. The Second Jewish Law, here referred to as "The New Hungarian Jewish Bill", is divided into 21 provisions, and for the first time strictly defined who was considered a "Jew". After this first section, defining Jews according to the law, the bill continues in the other sections to detail even more restrictions on Hungarian Jews in terms of professions, further amending and modifying the quotas and regulations first laid out and defined in the previously enacted "First Jewish Law" of May 29th 1938. Dicussed are banning or restricing Jews from serving or working in a wide rage of feilds including government, art, entertainment, law, medicine, engeneering and the press among many others.
