Auf den ersten Seiten des Buches befindet sich das Wappen der Königin und ihres Mannes. Isabella von Kastilien war eine große Bewunderin dern flämischen Buchkunst. Das Stundenbuch gehört heute zu den wichtigsten Objekten der Mittelaltersammlung des Cleveland Museum of Art und ist eines der besten Beispiele der Gent-Brügger Schule. - Tadelloser Zustand.

The Book of Hours was produced by the illuminators of the Ghent-Bruges School for Queen Isabella I of Castile. On the first pages of the book is the coat of arms of the queen and her husband. Isabella of Castile was a great admirer of Flemish book art. Today, the Book of Hours is one of the most important objects in the Cleveland Museum of Art's medieval collection and is one of the best examples of the Ghent-Bruges School. - Impeccable Condition.
