Orts- und Landeskunde mit verschiedenen Schlagworten – Eschwege fängt in seinen beiden Aquarellen die Dualität des kalten Herbsttages im Kontrast zu den warmen Farben der herbstlichen Bäume ein. Die Berglandschaften des deutschen Landschafts-, Tier- und Kriegsmalers Elmar von Eschwege reihen sich in seine Darstellungen vom Harz und Thüringen ein. Er lebte seit 1889 in Weimar, wo die meisten seiner Werke entstanden. - Insgesamt sehr gut erhalten in prachtvollem Kolorit.

Local and Regional Studies – A collection of two watercolors. Framed under mount and glass. Signed. - In his two watercolors, Eschwege captures the duality of the cold autumn day contrasting with the warm colors of the autumn trees. The mountain landscapes of the German landscape, animal, and war painter Elmar von Eschwege are part of his depictions of the Harz Mountains and Thuringia. He lived in Weimar from 1889 onwards, where most of his works were created. - Overall, very well preserved with magnificent coloration.
