Photographie - Photographen – Photographien, die möglicherweise in der Nähe eines russischen Kriegsgefangenenlagers von einem ungarischen Häftling aufgenommen wurden. Die meisten Bilder zeigen Einheimische, die für die Kamera posieren, hauptsächlich in traditioneller chinesischer Kleidung, darunter Männer mit "Mandarinkragen"-Hemden und Frauen in Hanfu. Auf einem Bild sind russische Soldaten in Uniform des Ersten Weltkriegs zu sehen, die lernen, sich mit dem Morsealphabet zu verständigen. - Eins verso mit handgeschriebenem ungarischen Text "POW Photos. Japanische Schönheiten aus Ip". - Ränder leicht knitterig, kleine Löcher in zwei Photos, sonst insgesamt sehr guter Zustand.

Photography – Collection of photographs of Hungarian prisoners of war from the First World War in Asia. Albumen prints. One with handwritten Hungarian text on the reverse "POW Photos. Japanese beauties from Ip". - Possibly taken near a Russian POW camp by a Hungarian prisoner. Most of the images show locals posing for the camera, mainly in traditional Chinese dress, including men wearing "mandarin collar" shirts and women in hanfu. One picture shows Russian soldiers in First World War uniform learning to communicate using Morse code. - Margins slightly creased, 2 small holes in 2 photos, otherwise overall very well preserved.
