Mostly on laid paper with watermark. - Contains leases, sales contracts, "Droits de Pierre Joseph Clair" and others - Also concerns: Persons as listed above. - Some marked as copies. - Some with stamps and embossed stamps. - In add.: Insurance policy (1891), invoices, receipts, etc. - Mostly with traces of folding, a few cut-outs, partially brown stainstained, otherwise overall good condition.
