Geography and Travel – With wood engr. frontispiece, multiply folded map and 49 (1 double-page size) colour lithogr. plates (numbered 1-50). - Parallel text in English, French, and German. - Contemp. blind and gilt stamped illustr. cloth with gilt edges (hinges and corners rubbed, occ. stained) in half cloth box with printed title (dated 1856) (stained, corners teared). - Ownership stamp, partially somewhat foxed, text leaves browned due to paper, margins of flyleaves shaded due to binder's glue, otherwise overall well preserved, decorative copy.
