Briefe von John Bassett Moore (1860-1947, Prof. an der Columbia University, Richter) u. Thomas Erskine Holland (1835-1926, brit. Jurist), jeweils mit eh. Dank an Huberich für Übersendung der Studie, eh. Brief von Ferdinand Laraude (1854-1943, Revue du droit public) bzgl. der Veröffentlichung von Huberichs Artikel. - Die Schreiben tls. angestaubt, etw. fleckig u. mit kl. Läsuren.

XIX, pp. 193-213). - Very rare. Currently only available as a reprint. - Staples somewhat rusty, paper minimally browned. - Mounted on the flyleaves: Visiting card of Dr. Franz Liszt, autograph letters signed from John Bassett Moore and Thomas Erskine Holland, each with thanks to Huberich for sending the study, autograph letter signed from Ferdinand Laraude from the 'Revue du droit public' concerning the publication of Huberich's article. - The letters partly dusty, somewhat stained and with small tears.First separate edition of the study, most of which was published in 1903 in the 'Revue du droit public et de la science politique' (vol.
