Architektur – Reichhaltig illustrierte Broschüre über die Architektur der Moderne. József Molnár (1902-1983) war ein ungarischer Architekt der Moderne und Mitbegründer des "Congrès internationaux d'architecture moderne" (CIAM). Er ist auch für seine theoretischen Bücher über die osmanische Architektur in Ungarn bekannt. Das Vorwort stammt von Molnars italienischem Kollegen Alberto Sartoris (1901-1998), der ebenfalls zu den Gründern des CIAM gehörte und als wichtigster Theoretiker der italienischen rationalistischen Bewegung in der Architektur gilt. Einige der Bilder in der Broschüre stammen von Olga Máté (1879-1965), einer herausragenden Fotografin, die zu den wenigen Frauen gehörte, die im Ungarn der Vorkriegszeit in der Werbephotografie erfolgreich waren. - Name handschriftlich auf Titelblatt geschrieben. Leichte Knicke und Flecken. Photographien und Abbildungen unbeeinträchtigt.

József Molnár (1902-1983) was a Hungarian modernist architect, co-founder of "Congrès internationaux d'architecture moderne" (CIAM). He is also known for his theoretical books about Ottoman architecture in Hungary. The foreword is by Molnar's Italian colleague, Alberto Sartoris (1901-1998), who was also among the founders of CIAM, and known as the main theoretician of the Italian rationalist movement in architecture. Some of the images in the brochure were taken by Olga Máté (1879-1965) the outstanding female photographer, one of the few women who achieved success in commercial photography in the prewar Hungary. - Name handwritten on title page. Slight creases and stains. Photographs and illustrations unimpaired.
