Eines von XII Exemplaren der römisch nummerieten Auflage. - Die uns vorliegende Lithographie steht exemplarisch für Förgs Auseinandersetzung mit der formalen Reduktion und der Spannung zwischen Fläche, Struktur und Raum. Die reduziert strukturierte, monochrome Komposition verweist in ihrer Offenheit auf die konzeptuelle Stringenz, die das Werk des Künstlers durchzieht.

German Post War – Lithograph on wove paper. Signed, dated and Roman numbered. - Partially slightly and barely visibly bumped at the corners. Overall very good. Splendid impression in chalky effect, the colour strong and nuanced. - This lithograph is exemplary of Förg's exploration of formal reduction and the tension between surface, structure and space. In its openness, the reduced, monochrome composition refers to the conceptual stringency that pervades the artist's work.
