Prints before 1600, Bibles, Classics in Original Languages – 2nd Aldus edition of the famous collection of Roman texts on agriculture, dealing among other things with agriculture and arboriculture, including much on the cultivation and care of vines and the production of various types of wine. - Later vellum with col. edges, gilt stamped tilte to spine and spine gilt (somewhat stained and bumped). - Title with cancelled ownership note by Andrea Spinula and entry on the last page "Registrato Andrea Spinula ... 1588 ...", front flyleaf with mounted label, first and last leaves somewhat stained, some dampstaining in margins, overall well preserved.
