Bei der von Harald Szeemann ausgerichteten Ausstellung in der Kunsthalle Bern wurden Iannones Arbeiten wegen ihrer als provokant empfundenen Darstellung von Genitalien mit Klebebändern überklebt, woraufhin Iannone und Dieter Roth ihre Teilnahme absagten. - Mit beil. eh. sign. Postkarte ("Nach Flötz - Mitte Dez. 83") an die Medienproduzentin Helma Schleif. - Wohlerhalten.

Orig. illustr. softcover (slightly bumped, edges somewhat rubbed). - One of 500 numbered and signed copies. - The book was produced in response to the Bern exhibition scandal of 1970. At the exhibition organised by Harald Szeemann at the Kunsthalle Bern, Iannone's works were covered with adhesive tape due to their depiction of genitals, which was perceived as provocative. As a result, Iannone and Dieter Roth withdrew their participation. - With an enclosed, originally signed postcard (1983) addressed to the media producer Helma Schleif. - Well preserved.
